摘要 目的:探讨经桡动脉途径介入术后外周血管内皮功能的变化及影响因素。方法:以2014年5-7月,于南昌大学第二附属医院就诊拟行经右侧桡动脉途径冠脉造影和(或)冠状动脉介入治疗的患者97例,收集患者基本资料,按造影结果分为正常组和病变组,均于术前及术后第2天应用Endo-PAT无创测定患者右手臂血管内皮功能指数(RHI),分析比较术后外周血管内皮功能的变化及影响因素。结果:正常组术前RHI为2.1±0.3,术后为1.6±0.2;病变组术前RHI为1.5±0.4,术后为0.8±0.3,所有患者术后第2天术侧外周血管RHI均低于术前,正常组和病变组术前与术后RHI差值各自比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病变组术前及术后术侧RHI均低于正常组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经桡动脉介入术后可损伤外周血管内皮功能,在冠状动脉造影证实有病变组中更明显。 Objective To explore the impact of transradial coronary interventional procedure on endothelial peripheral vascular. Methods Ninety-seven patients (hospitalized from May to July, 2014) undergoing interventional procedures via the right radial artery were selected from Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. According to the angiographic results they were divided into normal group and disease group, and their general information was collected. Endo-PAT was performed to obtain the peripheral vascular endothelial function values of the right side of the arm before the procedure and 1 day after the procedure. Results In normal group, RHI was 2.1 ± 0.3 before surgery and 1.6 ± 0.2 after surgery. In pathology group RHI was 1.5 ± 0.4 before surgery and 0.8 ± 0.3 after surgery. The results of Endo-PAT test showed that RHI was lower after transradial intervention, especially in pathology group. The RHI in two groups was significant different between the groups(P 〈 0.05)preoperatively and postoperatively. No matter before or after transradial intervention, RHI in the pathology group was lower than in the normal group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions After transradial intervention, the peripheral vascular endothelial function would be damaged, especially in pathology group.
