卷扬式垂直升船机安全锁锭装置方案探讨

摘要 为提高卷扬式垂直升船机的可靠性,可采用短螺柱、长螺母安全锁锭装置的系统方案。在方案设计中采用电气同步轴和短螺柱微调装置,解决短螺柱与主提升设备的同步运转及短螺柱在长螺母中的定位问题。探讨了短螺柱和长螺母螺纹间隙的测量及电力和信号的传递方式,并对锁锭装置的安装检修、运行和事故处理提出了指导性意见。方案具有较高的实用价值,可供类似工程借鉴。 To improve the reliability of the hoist vertical shiplift, the safety locking apparatus system with short studs and long nuts is put forward. In the presented system, the electrical synchronous shaft and the fine adjustment device of short stud are used to solve the problems of synchronization of the short studs and hoist equipment and positioning of short stud ill long nuts. The measurement of thread gap between the short stud and long nut as well as the transmission way of electric power and signals are discussed. Some guiding suggestions for the installation and maintenance, operation and accident treatment of the safety locking system are provided. The system has high practical values, which could be referred by other shiplift project.
