摘要
以大白菜抗霜霉病菌品种为材料,采用实时定量PCR技术检测接种霜霉病菌(Peronospora parasitica)后几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的表达。结果表明,霜霉病菌接种处理显著诱导了几丁质酶基因在大白菜抗病品种中的表达,但β-1,3-葡聚糖基因的表达却呈现双峰曲线特点,表明这两种基因可能在大白菜对霜霉病抗性中起到了重要作用。
The gene expression of chitinase and β - 1,3 - glucanase in Chinese cabbage variety resistant to Peronospora parasitica were examined using real- time quantitative PCR (RT- PCR). The results showed that chitinase gene expression was significantly induced by inoculation treatment, while β - 1,3 - glucanase gene expression showed a double - peak curve. It indicated that the two genes might play important roles in the resistance of Chinese cabbage to Peronospora parasitica.
