摘要
目的观察中药方剂强心三两三治疗难治性心衰的临床疗效。方法 60例难治性心衰患者随机分为两组,均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上联用方剂强心三两三。治疗4周后观察两组疗效、治疗前后心功能及相关指标的变化。结果两组总有效率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组6min步行距离、脑钠肽等指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论方剂强心三两三联合常规西药可有效改善难治性心衰患者的心功能,提高生活质量,改善预后。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiangxinsanliangsan decoction in treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 60 cases of refractory heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with conventional anti- heart failure treatment,meanwhile the treatment group was added Qiangxinsanliangsan decoction. After treating for 4 weeks,the therapeutic effect,cardiac function and related indexes between the prior treatment and the post- treatment in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate had statistical difference between two groups（ P 0. 05）. The 6 minutes walking distance and the brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP） in prior treatment compared with the post- treatment,the difference had statistical significance（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）,and it had statistical significance between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Qiangxinsanliangsan decoction combined with conventional medicine could effectively improve cardiac function in patients with refractoriness chrionic heart failure.
