摘要
我国高等教育正处在大变革时期,普通高职院校即将面临转型。因此,在这种新形势下,如何提高高职院校学生管理工作的质量,是高职院校学生管理工作者要面对的重大挑战。在此,将本着以"科学管理、民主管理、开放管理"的理念,"以人为本"的管理原则进行阐述。
Higher education in China is in a major transformation period, and the ordinary higher vocational colleges are facing transformation. Therefore, in this new situation, how to improve the quality of the student management work in higher vocational colleges is the great challenge higher vocational college student management workers have to face. Here, the paper elaborates the topic based on scientific management, democratic management and open management, with the management principle of people-oriented concept.
