摘要
近年来,我国公共危机事件频发,对社会经济的平稳发展造成了严重的负面影响。本文对农村地区公共危机事件处理过程中各个参与主体行为及参与困境进行分析,认为通过提高危机治理意识、加强主体间沟通、明确权责等措施完善公共危机应对的多元治理机制,形成各个主体之间良好的互动关系,共同参与危机事件的治理。
In recent years, public crises broke out frequently in China, which caused serious nega- tive effects on the stable development of society and economy. By analyzing the behavior of partici- pants who handle rural public crisis events, this paper points out that the better interactive relation- ship of the participants and mutual participation of rural public crisis can be achieved through the fol- lowing measures - conducting multiple governance mechanism such as strengthening the consciousness of crisis management, improving the participants＇ communication, specifying the responsibility and SO on.
