摘要
电子报表在管理控制中发挥着越来越重要的作用。选择一种最适合于信息系统功能需求的报表呈现方式,在一定程度上成了信息系统开发的关键。本文中笔者比较了三种常用的报表存取模式,认为表格类报表是信息系统报表呈现的主要形式,并详细分析了表格类报表的设计方法、性能优化等问题,最后,以一个数据统计系统——五人制足球信息统计系统为例,讨论了表格类报表的应用。
The spreadsheet is gaining a growing importance in the management and control process. Selecting a most suit- able form of report presentation for the function of information system is, to some extent, becoming the key to the development of information system. Firstly, the authors considered the table type report as the main way to present the form of information system at the beginning and compare the access model of three frequently used reports. Then, the problems of table type report were ana- lyzed from different dimensions such as design method and performance optimization. Finally, an example, Futsal Statistical In- formation System, was discussed about the application of the table type report.
