“一带一路”倡议:美国的认知和可能应对 被引量：8

摘要 "丝绸之路经济带"及"21世纪海上丝绸之路"构想是中国新一届政府外交工作的一大亮点,并具有重要战略意义。美国对这一倡议十分关注和重视,认为中国提出"一带一路"是为了向西拓展战略空间,抗衡"亚太再平衡"战略,塑造"去美国化"的地区新秩序。如何处理好美国因素,对"一带一路"倡议的顺利推进至关重要。
