摘要
采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射、差热分析和力学性能测试等,研究了铸态Mg-12Er-xZn-0.6Zr(x=0,0.6,1.8,摩尔分数,%)合金的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,Mg-12Er-0.6Zr合金主要由α-Mg相组成,晶内出现成分偏析。添加0.6%的Zn后,合金晶粒明显细化,且出现X相(Mg12ErZn)。增加Zn含量至1.8%,合金晶粒大小和相组成未发生明显变化,而X相体积分数明显增加。添加Zn元素,显著提高了Mg-12Er-0.6Zr合金的屈服强度和抗压强度。随着Zn含量的增加,合金的伸长率呈下降趋势,但下降幅度较小。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-12Er-xZn-0.6Zr(x=0,0.6%,1.8%)alloys were investigated using optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),DSC and compressive test.The results reveal that as-cast Mg-12Er-0.6Zr alloy is composed of singleα-Mg phase with composition segregation.With the addition of 0.6% Zn,the grain is refined and a new X phase(Mg12ErZn)can be observed.With the increase of Zn addition to 1.8%,the absence of grain size and phases change can be observed,however,the volumetric fraction of Xphase is increased significantly.The Zn addition can substantially improve the yield strength and fracture strength,while slightly decrease the plasticity of the alloy.
