成人下丘脑错构瘤γ刀治疗后增大一例

摘要 患者 男,37岁.＂头痛恶心1年＂于2013年10月21日住院.患者于2012年8月因头痛、恶心就诊于当地医院,头颅MRI示下丘脑错构瘤（图1A）,即行＂γ刀＂治疗,具体剂量不详,治疗后头痛症状有所改善.于2013年10月患者再次出现头痛症状,复查头颅MRI示,病变较前有所增大（图1B）.
