埃博拉病毒病的药物干预及疫苗研究进展

摘要 埃博拉病毒病(Ebola virus disease,EVD)于1976年在中非地区包括扎伊尔(今为刚果)和苏丹首次流行,至今已经在非洲发生过数次较大规模流行.2014年之前共计2 000余人感染,病死率为50%~90%,到目前为止对于EVD仍无特效治疗药物及有效疫苗[1].此次起于2014年年初的EVD在西非地区的致命性暴发流行,给世人敲响了警钟,截至2014年10月中旬,已造成9 000余人感染,4 500余人死亡,并且非洲地区之外已有感染病例报告.EVD疫情的暴发已成为2014年最严重的公共卫生事件,探索有效的干预方法迫在眉睫.近十年来,针对埃博拉病毒(Ebola virus,EBOV)的药物和疫苗研发不断加强,尤其随着2014年EVD疫情的暴发,开通了多种尚未进入临床试验的干预性药物及疫苗研究的绿色通道,并已有少数干预性药物及疫苗紧急用于少数患者.现就EVD的药物干预及疫苗研究进展作一综述.
