摘要
黄连为常用大宗中药材,性寒味苦,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效。从资源分布、栽培技术、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用以及分子技术等方面综述了黄连的研究现状,并提出了展望。
Coptis chinensis is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines, and it＇ s bitter in taste and cold in nature, and the effect of it are clearing away heat and purging fire for removing toxin. Research status of coptis chinensis were reviewed in the distribution of resources, cultivation technique, chemical constituents, pharmacological action, clinical application and molecular technique, and some expectations were proposed at last.
