摘要
目的筛选金铃子散的抗炎有效部位并对有效部位进行质谱(MS)表征。方法将金铃子散采用梯度极性溶剂石油醚、四氯化碳、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇及水超声提取,提取物通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验以确定抗炎有效部位,并对抗炎有效部位采用MS进行初步表征。结果金铃子散石油醚提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,MS分析其特征离子峰为m/z102.1、149.2、205.3、279.4、301.5、366.4。结论金铃子散石油醚提取物具有明显的抗炎作用,为金铃子散的抗炎有效部位。
Objective: To screen and characterize the anti-inflammatory effective fraction from Jinlingzisan. Methods: Jinlingzisan was ultrasonically extracted by petroleum ether, CCl4, CHCl3, ethyl acetate, methanol and water, respectively. The anti-inflammatory effective fraction was characterized by MS. Results: The petroleum ether extract of Jinlingzisan had the best anti-inflammatory effect and had ion peak of m/z 102.1, 149.2, 205.3, 279.4, 301.5 and 366.4. Conclusion: The effective fraction of anti-inflammatory from Jinlingzisan was petroleum ether extract.
