医患沟通是医疗服务质量的重要范畴,有效的沟通对防范医疗纠纷的发生具有重要的作用。医患关系既体现在医务人员的服务态度、道德修养、言行举止等方面,也体现在技术、管理层面上。了解和探究医患关系不和谐的影响因素,正确认识和处理医患关系,赢取患方和社会的尊重和信任,掌握和运用好医患沟通的技巧,建立有效的医患沟通,最大限度地帮助到患者是构建和谐医患关系的基础。
