摘要
目的:探讨参桂胶囊对高血压病患者的血压影响情况。方法:将32例高血压患者随机分为2组,对照组使用常规降压药物治疗,观察组在常规降压药物治疗的基础上加用参桂胶囊治疗,15d为1个疗程,对比观察2个组别治疗前后患者的血压变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为68.75%;观察组总的有效率为93.25%。2组患者相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.57,P=0.033)。结论:参桂胶囊在治疗高血压病方面具有一定的临床疗效,值得进一步的推广。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Shengui Capsule on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension cases. Methods： 32 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group using conventional antihypertensive drug treatment, the observation group in the conventional antihypertensive drug therapy combined with Shengui Capsule treatment, 15 d for 1 courses, the contrast observation of blood pressure changes before and after treatment in 2 groups of patients. Results： in the control group, the observation group efficiency is 68.75%; the total efficiency is 93.25%. Compared 2 groups of patients, with significant difference（χ^2=4.57, P=0.033）. Conclusion： the Shengui Capsule has certain curative effect in the treatment of hypertension, worthy of further promotion.
