摘要
目的探讨基于职业能力分析的任务引领型教学模式在急救护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2012级护理专业两个班分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用基于岗位职业能力的任务引领型教学,对照组采用传统模式教学。结果任务引领型教学提高了护生理论及操作成绩(P<0.01)。结论运用基于职业能力分析的任务引领型急救护理教学模式优化了传统课程体系,提高了护生学习的积极性和主动性,促进了教学质量的提高。
Objective To evaluate the effects of tack - based teaching nmde on basis of analysis of professional competence in the course of emergeney nursing. Methods Totally,135 vocational nursing students in 2012 were divided into two groups. The traditional teaching methods was adopted in the control group,while task -based teaching mode on basis of analysis of professional competence was applied in the experimental group. Results The theory,operation and comprehensive quality evaluation results were higher in the experimental group than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of Task - based teaching mode on basis of analysis of professional competence can improve cun'ieulum system effectively, enhances students'learing enthusiasm and creativity, and improve teaching quality.
