摘要
介绍的浅式微型温度校验炉其插入深度仅为45 mm,测温范围为50~300℃。通过ansys软件进行温场仿真,确定加热方式。该校验炉通过500 W的加热器与6根25 W加热棒相结合的方式,采用动态PID温控技术,有效地控制温度过冲现象。该装置升降温速度快,温度波动度小,均温快孔间误差小,满足现场校验短支温度传感器的要求。
The temperature block calibratior ranges from 50 ℃ to 300 ℃,and the Immersion depth is only 45 mm. The heat method is dependent on ANSYS,which simulate the temperature field. The calibratior is heated by a 500 W heater and six 25 W heat rods. Through the dynamic PID control technology,effectively control temperature overshoot phenomenon. After all,the temperature block calibratior can meet the demand of calibrating short temperature sensor in field environment,since the high heating and high cooling,stability and radial uniformity.
