摘要
文章分析了e PTFE膜与传统滤料在材料结构与分离机理上的差异,将e PTFE膜和传统滤料用于燃煤电厂烟气除尘,e PTFE膜除尘器出口粉尘浓度为2 mg/m3,传统滤料除尘器出口浓度25 mg/m3。运行一段时间后,e PTFE膜过滤压降比传统滤料低100 Pa左右。按照10万m3/h的气体处理量,对能量消耗进行核算,e PTFE膜除尘器比传统滤料除尘器能耗降低30 441 k W·h/a。
The difference of structure and the filtration mechanism between e PTFE membrane and the traditional filter materials were introduced. Then the e PTFE membrane and the traditional filter materials were used in power plant dust removal. The outlet dust concentration of e PTFE membrane deduster and traditional filter material deduster were 2 mg / m3 and 25 mg / m3,respectively.After operation for several hours,the pressure drop of e PTFE membrane was 100 Pa lower than the traditional filter material. By the energy consumption calculation,the energy of e PTFE membrane deduster was 30 441 k W·h / a lower than traditional filter material deduster.
