摘要
通过测试两种热处理状态下2219铝合金三点弯曲试样的断裂韧性,以及观察不同环境温度下2219铝合金的拉伸断口形貌和微观组织,分析了热处理状态和环境温度对2219铝合金断裂韧性的影响机制。实验结果表明,环境温度对2219铝合金断裂韧性有着重要影响,即与室温和高温相比,低温状态下铝合金的断裂韧性更高。而且,热处理状态对2219铝合金的断裂韧性同样有着重要影响,T62状态下铝合金的断裂韧性要高于T87状态下的。
Through measuring the fracture toughness of three-point bend specimen and observing the fracture surface and the microstructure at different environmental temperatures, the influences of heat treatment status and temperatures on the fracture toughness of 2219 aluminum alloy are analyzed in this paper. The experimental results show that, environmental temperature possesses an important effect on the fracture toughness of 2219 aluminum alloy. Compared with the room temperature and high temperature, the fracture toughness of 2219 aluminum alloy is much higher at low temperature.Moreover, the heat treatment status also greatly affects the fracture toughness of 2219 aluminum alloy, and the fracture toughness under the T62 state is higher than that under the T87 state.
