关注面颈部重建治疗理念和技术的转变 被引量：7

摘要 面部是人体主要的外部认知和自我心理、人格的载体，同时也集中了视听、呼吸和进食的五官，是人体涉及生存与社会活动极为重要的部分，而这些功能的基础，均依赖于人面颈部的正常形态。因此，严重的面颈部创伤和畸形深刻影响患者的心理和生活，这也使得面颈部缺损的修复和重建，成为了整形外科这一通过重建形态和功能，恢复患者生活信心、工作能力的学科的主要核心任务。
