摘要
针对罐式炉在生产运行过程中经常出现的各种问题,如炉内底部放炮、料罐烧穿漏火、炉顶帽火等现象,分析了问题产生的原因并提出了改进措施,改进措施实施后,改善了生产操作环境,提高了罐式炉产能,延长了罐式炉的使用寿命,增加了系统安全性。
According to some problems in operation processing of shaft kilns, such as blast in kilns, bum through and fire leakage, the reasons are analyzed and improvement measures are proposed. After measures taken, the operation environment is improved, the production capacity of shaft kiln is improved and the service life is prolonged.
