摘要
肾小管间质性肾炎-葡萄膜炎综合征(TINU)是一种以急性肾小管间质性肾炎合并葡萄膜炎为特征的疾病,其全身表现主要有发热、体重减轻、乏力、厌食、关节痛和肌痛,葡萄膜炎在肾脏病发生后出现,通常间隔1年,但也有可能在肾脏损害前发生,肾脏病往往是自限性,而葡萄膜炎则可以持续或复发。虽然眼部疾病的活动可以持续数月,但给予局部及全身免疫抑制治疗,预后较好。
Tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis syndrome is characterized by a combination of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis. Patients are usually present with nonspecific symptoms, such as fever, weight loss, fatigue, anorexia, arthralgia and myalgia. The uveitis may appear one year later after the renal disease, but it may also precede it. Renal disease is often self-limiting, whereas uveitis can persist or recur. Although eye diseases can last for several months, if given local and systemic immunosuppressive therapy, these patients may have a good prognosis.
