摘要
2型糖尿病患者常合并慢性肾脏病,慢性肾脏病增加口服降糖药低血糖的发生风险和其他不良反应。充分了解慢性肾脏病的诊断、分期以及各种降糖药物的药代动力学特点,个体化选择合适的降糖药物对2型糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病患者的治疗至关重要。
Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus often accompany with chronic kidney disease, which increases the risk of oral antidiabetic drugs-induced hypoglycemia, as well as the other side-effects of the drugs. It is essential to fully understand the diagnosis and stages of chronic kidney disease, and to choose the appropriate drugs individually for the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with chronic kidney disease.
