肩胛舌骨上颈淋巴清扫术在64例口腔癌治疗中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的：初步探讨肩胛舌骨上颈淋巴清扫术在口腔癌治疗中的应用.方法：对2000年5月-2013年12月就诊于赤峰学院附属医院口腔颌面外科的64例口腔癌NO期患者,行肩胛舌骨上颈淋巴清扫术并随访,进行回顾分析.结果：64例中术后病理分析有26例淋巴结阳性,颈淋巴转移率为42.5%,随访1-10年,未见有颈部淋巴结转移.结论：肩胛舌骨上颈淋巴清扫术能有效地控制NO期口腔癌的颈部淋巴结转移.
