摘要
激发社会活力是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中之意。在全媒体时代,网络媒介已经渗透到社会生活的方方面面,相较于传统媒介,其参与主体多元化,受众参与主动化,打破了传统模式下公民政治参与冷漠的局面,促使资讯传播由受阻失真到畅通如实,监督权利由间接乏力到直接有效,政府活动由幕后操作到阳光透明。与此同时,不可回避的是网络媒介在激发社会活力的过程中伴随着信息失实、公信力缺失、信息去深度化及理论零散化等活力异化的事实,严重影响民众的价值判断和社会认同感。在马克思主义意识形态话语权受到冲击的今天,加强对网络媒介的引导,构建充满活力的社会主义和谐社会显得至关重要。
One of the important aspects of construction of socialist harmonious society is to inspire social vitality. In the media age,the network media has penetrated into all aspects of social life. Compared with traditional media,network media breaks the situation of the indifference of citizen＇s political participation. It has advantages as the diversification of participation,and the initiation of audience. Prompt information transmission becomes unblocked,and the activities of government become transparent. At the same time,it is unavoidable that network media in the process of inspiring social vitality is accompanied by information untrue,loss of credibility,fragmentation of theory and information superficial. Nowadays,the Marxist ideological discourse has been hit,and the top task is to strengthen the guide of the network media,and to build vibrant socialist harmonious society.
