摘要
胃溃疡属"胃脘痛"范畴,外邪侵袭、饮食失宜、情志不舒、劳累过度所致,不荣则痛和不通则痛。多数医家以辨虚实、寒热为纲,结合现代医学手段,临床疗效显著。但目前存在主观性较强、效果差异大、可重复性差、缺少大样本研究等问题,有待于进一步深入研究。
Gastric ulcer is a ＂weiwantong＂ category,the attacks,improper diet,modern is not comfortable,caused by overwork,no glory,pain and general clauses pain.That most physicians with distinguishes the false or true,fever,combined with modern medicine,the clinical curative effect is distinct.But there is large difference of subjectivity is stronger,the effect,such as poor repeatability,the lack of large sample research problems,needs to be further in-depth study.
