摘要
目的通过分析乐山市煤炭行业尘肺病例晋期特点,掌握尘肺病程进展情况,为尘肺病诊断和防治工作提供参考数据。方法收集整理乐山市煤炭行业2001—2013年发生的275例尘肺晋期病例资料,以13年为观察期分析尘肺病晋期特征。结果晋期患者平均接尘时间为(22.2±8.3)a,13年间总晋期率为9.9%,壹期晋贰期占78.6%,平均时间(5.7±4.5)a,贰期晋叁期(6.5±4.1)a,壹期跳到叁期(11.1±7.9)a,总平均晋期时间(6.0±4.7)a。10年内晋期比例为65.1%,晋期患者工种以采煤、掘进和采掘混合为主,有并发症的病例占晋期总数的8.0%。结论 13年来乐山市煤炭行业尘肺病例以壹期晋贰期为主,10年以内晋期发生比例偏高,接尘时间长,晋期时间短,工种以尘肺高发的采煤和掘进为主,需要加强职业健康监护,保护劳动者健康。
[Objective]To analyze the stage-promotion characteristics of pneumoconiosis cases in coal industry of Leshan City,know the characteristics in progression of pneumoconiosis,and provide the reference data for diagnosis,prevention and control of pneumoconiosis.[Methods]The data of 275 stage-promotion pneumoconiosis cases in coal industry of Leshan City during 2001-2013 were collected,to analyze the stage-promotion characteristics of pneumoconiosis based on the observation period of 13 years.[Results]The average exposure duration of stage-promotion cases was(22.2 ±8.3) years,and the total stage-promotion rate was9.9% in 13 years. 78.6% of stage-promotion cases were stageⅠ to stageⅡ,which spent averagely(5.7± 4.5) years,the stagepromotion time of stageⅡ to stage Ⅲ was(6.5±4.1),that of stageⅠ to stage Ⅲ directly was(11.1±7.9)years,and total stagepromotion time was(6.0 ±4.7) years. 65.1% of stage-promotion cases occurred within 10 years. The main work types of stagepromotion cases were coal mining,tunneling,and mining/tunneling process. The stage-promotion cases with complications accounted for 8.0%. [Conclusion]Most of stage-promotion pneumoconiosis cases in coal industry of Leshan City in 13 years are stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅱ, and stage-promotion cases occurred within 10 years accounts for greater proportion. There are the characteristics of longer dust-exposure duration, shorter stage-promotion time, and the main work types are coal mining and tunneling. So it is necessary to strengthen the occupational health surveillance to protect the health of workers.
