摘要
"首因效应"是初次人际交往中给人留下的印象,在对方的头脑中形成并占据着主导地位的效应。"首因效应"具有先入性、定势性、误导性等特点。高校新生辅导员在学生工作中要善于利用"首因效应"的积极作用,给学生留下美好的"第一印象",同时也要避免"首因效应"带来的印象病,最后还要做到用心了解学生。
＂Primacy effect＂ is the effect of the impression given to people, forming and occupying a dominant position in the first interpersonal communication. ＂primacy effect＂ is preconceived, stereotyped, misleading and so on. University counselors for freshmen should be good at using the positive role of ＂primacy ffect＂ in student work, so as to leave students a good ＂first impression＂; meanwhile, they should also avoid the impression disease brought by ＂primacy effect＂; finally, they should understand students with their hearts.
