摘要
为了解不同氮效率类型茄子苗期生理特性,以高氮高效低氮高效型(HH-LH)06-991和高氮高效低氮低效型(HH-LL)06-867茄子基因型为试验材料,采用溶液培养方法在低氮和高氮处理下研究了不同氮效率类型茄子苗期植株形态和根系形态的差异。结果表明,在高氮处理下06-991和06-867茄子的植株形态、根系形态差异不显著;低氮处理下06-991的平均株高、叶片总叶绿素含量、植株叶面积、植株干质量、平均根长、根体积、根干质量和氮累积量显著高于06-867,06-991的植株向根系中分配的氮素较06-867显著增加。
In order to understand the seedling physiological character of eggplants with different nitrogen use efficiency.Solution culture was conducted to study the plant morphological traits and root morphologic characteristics in two eggplant with different N use efficiency(NUE) under two nitrogen levels.The result showed that there were significant variations in average root length,root volume,root dry weight,plant dry weight,total nitrogen uptake under low nitrogen stress.The 06-991 was higher than 06-867 in average root length,root volume,root dry weight,plant dry weight,total nitrogen uptake and root shoot ratio under low nitrogen stress.
