摘要
煤矿机械故障中很大部分原因是齿轮失效,为了更好地解决这个问题,通过对齿轮失效的形式以及原因进行分析,针对具体的原因提出了相应的处理对策,降低由于齿轮失效所引起的煤矿机械故障,显著提高了机械设备的使用寿命。
Coal mine mechanical failure was largely in the gear failure, in order to better solve the problem, through the analysis of gear failure forms and causes, in view of the specific reasons, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, which reduced mechanical failure caused by the gear failure of coal mine, improved the service life of the mechanical equipment.
