摘要
在移动互联网高速发展的背景下,用户流量呈井喷态势,运营商呈管道化趋势,为适应新的市场竞争环境形势要求,运营商正大力推进企业战略转型。流量经营将在相当长一段时间内成为运营商的战略核心。文章分析当前背景、国外运营商经验及4G流量经营特征,从强化支撑体系、开发特色产品、创新计费模式、体验营销等方面提出运营商在4G环境下流量经营的主要策略。
Under the background of high-speed development of mobile Internet, user traffic is in blowout situation and operators are becoming pipeline. In order to adapt to the situation of new marketing competition, operators are vigorously promoting strategic transformation. Trafifc management wil be operators' core strategy for a long time in the future. This paper analyzes the present background, the experience of foreign operators and 4G trafifc management features, and puts forward strategy of trafifc management for operators in the 4G period from enhancing B/OSS, developing featured products, innovating pricing model and experiencing marketing.
