摘要
制作了四层纳米复合镀钢领,研究了其镀前预处理工艺,制备了纳米镍磷复舍镀液,特制了保护层和自润滑层,分析了其性能。通过在纺纱机上对不同锭子速度下与普通钢领对比试验,结果表明:该种纳米复合镀钢领更能适合高速生产的要求,成纱质量较优,可明显降低纱线毛羽,使纲领使用寿命提高2倍,钢丝圈使用寿命提高1倍。
A new four - layer nano - composite coating steel collar was produced. In this paper, the pretreatment technology before plating is researched and how to produce nano - composite nickel - phosphorus plating is discussed. An experiment has been made to compare with ordinary steel collar at different spinning speed at spinning machine. The result shows that this kind of nano - composite plated steel collar is more suitable for high speed production requirements; optimum yarn quality can significantly reduce hairiness, making life span of steel collar increase twice and doubling that of steel ring.
