摘要
通过对船舶尾总组分段盆舾装工艺的研究,结合虚拟装配技术和遗传算法,提出了一种针对盆舾装装配过程的仿真及优化方法.在使用CATIA完成船体及舾装件三维建模的基础上,利用DELMIA-DPM与Matlab遗传算法工具包进行仿真及优化研究.仿真结果表明该方法能够有效解决复杂舾装单元的吊装序列、路径问题,进而提高了现场盆舾装过程的装配效率.
According to the analysis of the block basin outfitting process combined with technique of virtual assem-bly and genetic algorithm, a method for simulation and optimization of basin outfitting process is given in the pa-per.This paper introduces how to use DELMIA-DPM and Matlab GA toolbox for achieving the optimization and simulation process based on the completion of hulls and outfit items of 3D modeling with CATIA.Experiments veri-fy that the method is able to solve the lifting sequence and routes of complex outfit items effectively, which en-hances the efficiency of basin outfitting process.
