摘要
茶产业是湖北省夷陵区三大农业支柱产业之一,是西北山区农民致富的重要途径,通过实地走访调查、座谈会议等形式调研夷陵区茶叶加工企业现状。夷陵区茶叶加工企业主要存在规划布局不合理、厂房生活区无区分、机械设备简陋落后、从业人员缺乏管理、质量安全意识薄弱等诸多问题。为推动夷陵区茶叶加工向现代化方向发展,夷陵区应从加强组织领导、合理规划布局、完善示范推广、加大政策投入、龙头企业带动、创新科技体系等方面促进茶叶加工企业转型升级。
Tea industry,as one of the three pillar industries of agriculture in Yiling District of Hubei Province,is the main income source for the farmers in the mountainous area of its northwest. Field visits and symposium were applied to understand the current status of the processing factories in the district,.Several problems were exposed in these tea processing factories, including unreasonable planning layout, mix of factory buildings and life zone, lack of matching mechanical equipment, poor management of employees, weak awareness in the quality safety. In order to promote the modernization of tea processing in the district, measures like strengthening organization and leadership,optimizing planning, improving publicity, increasing the policy input, exerting the leading force of large enterprises and establishing science and technology innovation system should be taken to achieve business type upgrading and transformation.
