摘要
社会发展阶段不同,对高校班导师工作的内容和方式的要求也不一样。笔者用近8年的时间探索了"真心"加"策略"工作模式,认为做好班导师工作,不仅要用真心,而且还要注意工作方法、策略。对待工作中遇到的每一个问题,我们要像攻克科研课题一样,努力寻找最佳解决方案,才能管理好班级,真正起到学业导师的作用。
Being a class mentor,he should understand that different times need different methods and strategy.With 8years of experience,the author discovers that in working ＂ sincerity＂ and ＂tactics＂ is very important.The mentor should trust his students and treat every problem seriously,try to solve it whole-heartedly with best solution.In this way,he can manage the class well and be a qualified class mentor.
