摘要
设计了一个基于虚拟仪器的动态参数采集系统,以实现对超级电容器动态参数的同步采集和状态评估。介绍了传感器的选型、信号调理电路的设计以及PXI设备同步性的实现,采用Lab View编程实现对实时数据的采集、显示、存储、分析处理等功能。试验结果表明,整个采集系统可以同步、安全、可靠地采集多节超级电容动态特性参数,可作为参数辨识和状态评估的依据。
This paper designed a dynamic parameters acquisition system which is based on virtual machine to achieve synchronous acquisition and state assessment of the supercapacitor' s dynamic parameters. In hardware part, the selection of sensors, the design of signal conditioning circuit and the achievement of the synchronization of PXI equipment were introduced. Moreover, the human-computer interface of the acquisition system used LabView programming to achieve functions of the acquisition,display, storage, analysis and processing of the real-time data. Finally, the experimental results show that the whole acquisition system can collect dynamic characteristic parameters of a plurality of supercapacitors synchronously, safely, reliably. And the dynamic characteristic parameters can be used as the basis of parameter identification and state assessment.
