摘要
农村养老服务在主体、内容及管理等方面不断完善。通过对江苏省农村养老服务福利效能的ordinal回归分析发现,"服务资源安排"和"其他资源介入"等要素对农村养老服务的福利效能影响较大;"社区养老服务资源安排"等要素对农村养老服务的福利效能影响较小;"养老服务的程序化"等要素对农村养老服务的福利效能影响中等。因此,要在促进养老服务产业、发展互助式养老、开展农村社区养老、优化服务传递过程等方面进一步完善农村养老服务。
ABstract:The rural old - age service system in Jiangsu Province is continuously improving in subjects,content and management. Through the ordinal regression analysis about welfare performance of rural old - age service in Jiangsu Province,it finds that 〞 service resources arrangement〞 and 〞 other resources intervening〞 have greater impact on the welfare performance of rural old - age services;〞community care service resource arrangements 〞has less impact on the welfare performance of rural old - age services;〞procedural old - age services〞 are moderate elements to the welfare performance of rural old - age services. Therefore,in order to improve the rural old - age service system,it needs to promote pension services industry,and so on develop mutual - pension,prompt retirement in communities in rural areas,optimize service delivery process.
