摘要 分析了锅炉制造中焊接工艺的重要性和编制过程,介绍了目前工艺编制过程中存在的不足。结合制造资源应该尽可能重复使用的思想,提出了在锅炉焊接工艺编制中应充分利用成组技术。提出了实施成组技术的几个关键技术,即建立企业统一的焊接工艺编制标准,加强对工艺人员进行培训,做好现有焊接工艺文件的分类归档,引进焊接工艺CAPP系统等。 The importance and the preparation steps of welding process in the boiler manufacturing were analyzed, and the shortcomings of the existing welding process planning were introduced. Combined with the manufacturing resource reusability, group technology should be fully utilized for the boiler welding process preparation. Several key techniques in implementation of group technology were put forward, these are, the unified standard establishment of enterprise welding process planning, to strengthen the training of technicians, the classification and archiving of the existing welding process documents, the purchase and use of the welding process CAPP system according to the enterprise specific circumstances.
