摘要 针对不锈钢材料的难加工性,为进一步研究切削机理,建立了一个简化的铣削模型。利用DEFORM有限元仿真软件对304不锈钢的铣削加工过程进行了仿真,通过径向切深、轴向切深、每齿进给量及切削速度的正交化参数条件模拟了铣削力的大小分布,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较分析。结果表明仿真值与实验值较为相符,此模型能够很好地预测铣削力,为研究铣削力的影响因素、优化加工参数及不锈钢材料切削机理奠定了基础。 Stainless steel is hard to be manufactured. To further studying the cutting mechanism of stainless steel, a simplified milling model was built in this paper. The milling process of 304 stainless steel was simulated by using DEFORM finite ele- ment software. Four cutting parameters of cutting speed, feed per tooth, radial depth of cut, axial depth of cut with respect to the milling force of 304 stainless steel were orthogonally designed. The simulation results and the test results were compared and analyzed. The results show that simulation value is in better agreement with the test value, and milling force can also be better predicted, which lay a foundation for studying influential factors, optimizing cutting parameters and cutting mechanism of the stainless steel.
