摘要 目的探讨影响颅内动脉瘤术后症状性脑血管痉挛的相关因素。方法回顾性分析在我院救治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者514例的临床资料,分析术后症状性脑血管痉挛的影响因素。结果多因素分析结果显示年龄≥55岁、既往有颅内动脉瘤破裂史、采用夹闭手术治疗、Hunt-HessⅣ级、大脑前动脉瘤、Fisher分级3级是独立预测因子(P<0.01)。结论高龄、既往有颅内动脉瘤破裂史、Hunt-Hess分级、Fisher分级、动脉瘤位置、手术方式是颅内动脉瘤术后发生症状性脑血管痉挛的影响因素。 Objective To analyze risk factors symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 514 cases with intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were respectively analyzed. Risk factors of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation analyzed. Results Multiple factors analysis results showed age of ≥ 55 years old, history of intracranial aneurysms, clipping treatment, Hunt-HessⅣ degree, anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, Fisher 3 were independent predictors. Conclusion Advanced age, history of intracranial aneurysms, clipping treatment, Hunt-Hess degree, Fisher score, aneurysm location, surgical method are influencing factors of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
