摘要
目的:观察温胆汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将80例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组,对照组38例,给予倍他司汀等西医常规治疗,治疗组42例,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服温胆汤加减;均以14 d为1个疗程。2个疗程后观察两组椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症状改善的情况。结果:椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕改善总有效率为95.2%,对照组总有效率为78.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:用温胆汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕取得显著疗效。
Objective：To observe the effect of modified Wendan decoction in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency-associated vertigo. Methods： 80 subjects were randomized into two groups, with 42 in the treatment group and 38 in the control group. Both groups were given betahistine on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment group added modified Wendan decoction, lasting for 14 days. The therapeutic effect was observed after 2 treatment courses. Results ： The total effective rate was 95.2% for the treatment group and 78.9% for the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions ： It shows that Modified Wendan decoction in treating VBI-associated vertigo has significant effect.
