Sm添加对NdFeB磁体磁性能的影响

摘要 采用高能球磨的方法,按照Sm含量以及不同的球磨时间来制备(Nd,Sm)FeB粉体试样,最后通过强磁场取向原理将(Nd,Sin)FeB粉体试样制成(Nd,Sm)FeB取向试样,利用VSM对性能进行研究。结果发现,通过高能球磨法和强磁场取向原理制取的(Nd,Sm)FeB试样,其矫顽力、剩磁等磁性能随着球磨时间延长而呈现出先下降后上升的趋势;而当含量变化时,取向试样的矫顽力、剩磁等磁性能又会呈现出随Sm元素含量增加而线性下降的趋势。 Adopt the method of high--energy ball mill, according to the content of Sm and different ductile time to prepa- ration (Nd, Sm) FeB powder sample, finally through a strong magnetic field orientation principle will, Nd, Sm) FeB powder specimen made (Nd, Sm) FeB orientation. On this basis, VSM analysis to the original NdFeB specimen and (Nd, Sin) FeB o- rientation of performance and organization are studied. It was found that by high energy ball mill and strong magnetic field ori- entation principle, Nd, Sm) FeB sample, the coercive force, remanence magnetism can be prolonged with the ball mill and presents the decline after the first rising trend; When content changes, the orientation of the sample of coercive force, rema- nence magnetic and can present a linear downward trend with the increase of Sm element content.
