摘要
就目前国内电雷管包装工序大多数采用手工作业的方式而提出了一种自动化包装系统的设计方案。该搬动系统由机械系统、气动系统和基于PLC的控制系统组成,结构简单、操作容易,实现了电雷管包装生产的自动化。
the current domestic electric detonator package process most through manual work way and put forward a design scheme of automatic packaging system. The move system consists of mechanical system, pneumatic system and control system based on PLC component. Has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation and realizes the automation of electric detonator in the production of packaging.
