摘要
本文对电热激励硅微谐振式传感器的数字闭环控制系统中的相关检测运算模块进行设计,从理论上分析利用互相关运算原理实现相关检测的可能性,使用Verilog语言编写代码,并经过QuartusⅡ软件仿真和FPGA开发板的硬件调试验证。结果表明:该模块能够实现相关检测功能,达到设计的要求和性能指标。
In this paper, the electric excitation of silicon micro resonant sensor digital closed loop control system in detecting arithmetic module design,First using cross-correlation operation principles are analyzed theoretically the possibility of implementing detection,Second use Verilog language code, and pass by Quartus Ⅱ software simulation and hardware debugging of FPGA development board,Results show that the module can realize the related detection function, meet the design requirements and performance indicators.
