介绍一起500 kV断路器偷跳的事件,直流一点接地因继电器内阻过大使直流绝缘监测装置无法监测,当另一点直流接地后造成开关跳闸。分析计算表明,唯有更换内阻过大的继电器,才能消除这一重大隐患。
An abnormal tripping of 500 kV breaker had been presented, and the reason was the large inner resistance of relay protection devices prevents the monitoring of the insulation monitoring devices, which induced the breaker tripping after one point DC grounding. The computer resulted indicate that the only method is to replace the inner resistance with a larger one, thus the hidden trouble can be eliminated.
