摘要
针对现有薄膜开关式操作键盘在煤矿井下使用时可靠性低的问题,从使用环境、操作需求、人机工程学等方面对薄膜开关进行需求分析,并采用以下方法提高其可靠性:首次采用滴塑技术进行键盘防砸性能防护,提高了键盘的抗砸能力;通过结构改进提高了薄膜双面胶的压实性,从而提高了键盘的密封防潮性能。井下试验结果验证了矿用高可靠性薄膜开关式操作键盘具有良好的性能。
In view of problem of low reliability of membrane switch type operation keyboard used in underground coal mine, the paper did demand analysis from aspects of using environment, operational requirements and ergonomics, and used the following methods to improve its reliability: used plastic dropping technology for the first time for keyboard-smashing performance protection to improve antismashing capacity of keyboard; through structural improvements to improve compaction of double faced adhesive tape of membrance, so as to improve capacities of sealing and humidity resistance of keyboard. Underground test results validate the mine-used membrane switch type operation keyboard with high reliability has good performance.
