摘要
文章研究政府购置的应急物资和企业的安全库存在一定程度上实现合作储备的可行性,进而讨论合作储备的管理模式和机制设计问题。首先在总储备量不变的情况下,建立政府应急服务水平和企业物流服务水平的优化模型;其次在政府应急服务水平和企业物流服务水平不变的情况下,建立总储备量的优化模型;最后分析政府和企业物资储备比例对两个模型的影响,结果表明这种合作储备模式下政府和企业在库存管理中实现共赢。
The paper studies the feasibility of realizing the common inventory between the emergency supplies that the government purchases and the enterprise＇s safety inventory in a certain extent. Then the paper discusses the management mode of common inventory and mechanism design. Firstly, establish the optimal model of the government emergency service level and logistics service level when the total amount of inventory unchanged; secondly, establish the optimal models of the total inventory in the condition of constant of the government＇s emergency service level and logistics service level; finally, analyze the impact of the government and the enterprise inventory ratio of two models, and the results show that this kind of common inventory mode of government and the enterprise can achieve win-win situation in the inventory management.
