摘要
通过热力学分析验证了CaO作为铝酸钠溶液脱硅剂的合理性。试验表明,脱硅率随着CaO用量的增加而增加,随着反应温度的升高及反应时间的延长而增加。最佳的脱硅试验条件为:CaO用量为4g/L,脱硅反应温度为80-85℃,反应时间为2h,经过反应,铝酸钠溶液中硅的脱除率可达98.52%,脱硅后液残余硅浓度可控制在0.50 mg/L以下。
The suitability of calcium oxide(CaO) as a desilicating agent for sodium aluminate solutionis validated through thermodynamical analysis. Experimental results showed that the desilication rate is increased with increasing CaO dosage, temperature and reaction time. The optimized technological conditions for the deep desilication of sodium aluminate solution are as follows: dosage of CaO 4 g/L, temperature 80 - 85 ℃ ,and reaction time 2 h. In the experiment the desilication rate can reach 98.52% and the residual sodium concentration in the sodium aluminate solution is bellow 0.50 mg/L.
