摘要 为了满足高电压小电流特别是小体积的要求,设计了一种基于SG3525的串联谐振式钛泵高压电源,该电源功率主电路采用串联谐振式逆变电路,高压输出采用八倍压结构,额定输出电压3kV,开关频率达50kHz,输出峰值功率大于0.5 W。研制的钛泵高压电源具有体积小、功耗低、工作稳定、可靠性高等特点,目前已用于某型号发射机中。 To meet requirements of high voltage, low current and especially low profile of titanium pump high voltage power supply, a series resonant power supply is proposed based on SG3525 in this article. Series resonant inverting struc- ture is adopted as the main circuit, and eighth multiple voltage circuit is used as the high voltage output. The rated output voltage is 3 kV. The switching frequency is up to 50 kHz, and the peak output power is bigger than 0. 5 W. The developed titanium high voltage power supply has features of low profile, low loss, high reliability and so on, and has been applied in a transmitter.
