摘要
经过多年的改革和建设,中国已经形成了比较系统的慢性病防治体制机制,慢性病防治政策体系已经初步建立,机构网络初步形成,慢性病防治不同环节的管理职能逐步健全。但慢性病防治工作在实际运行中还存在一些突出问题,建议建立高层次的领导机构,统筹慢性病综合防治管理工作,建立健全综合性的预防保健体系,加强部门机构之间的协调,形成全社会共同参与慢性病防治的合力。
After years of institution building, China has established a comprehensive management system of chronic disease prevention, and the policy system and organizational structure have initially taken shape and perform their functions well. But there are still some problems in their actual operation. It is thus suggested that set up a central agency in charge of the management of chronic disease prevention, establish and perfect comprehensive prevention and healthcare system. Strengthen the departments＇coordination, and societal participation should be encouraged.
